We have a clear idea on current salary trends and the level of applicants we are positioned to attract. If we feel that what you're offering is not a good match for our services, we'll advise you immediately instead of wasting your time and ours. We don't work on "commission only" positions. As we offer far more than general recruiting and invest in our profiling and onboarding prcess, our fees are non-negotiable until we have placed at least 3 people with you.

CLIENT VISITS 
Upon acceptance of our terms, a senior recruitment consultant visits your premises (Gauteng only), meets the team and the manager. We make sure that the person we introduce to you will fit in well with the culture of your team.

JOINT FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS BY A CERTIFIED AND REGISTERED SALES PROFESSIONAL AND YOUR MANAGER 
Our senior recruiters are all well-qualified to interview fellow sales folks. We interrogate CVs, check sales history, verify achievements. We interview with you at your request, as if they were joining our sales team - you take the lead, we ask additional questions.  This is when we use the info gleaned at our visit to your premises to make sure there will be a fit.

ONLY THE BEST CANDIDATES
You’re not bombarded with tons of CV’s – only those of candidates who can and will sell in your environment

REFERENCE, CREDIT AND CRIMINAL CHECKS
Our rule is at least one reference check with the CV. Another safety measure – verifying any sales target claims /awards as discussed at the interview . We email professionally presented CV’s, and a personal introduction/insight from the expert who conducted the telephonic interview.

SALES ONBOARDING

REGULAR POST-RECRUITMENT FOLLOW-UP
Follow up during the first 90-180 days with both the newbie and the manager responsible so that we can facilitate open discussions as quickly as possible and keep the newbie on track for sales success.
