A - STR is an independent specialised sales recruitment company that utilizes SalesBytes' extensive marketing reach into into the S A sales industry to help employers find top quality sales staff and job-seekers to find the right sales position where they will thrive.

Q - What is SalesBytes’ link to the United Professional Sales Association?

A - SalesBytes endorses the UPSA’s universal sales framework. The founder member of the local UPSA-SA chapter is Suzanne Burgess, the MD of SalesBytes.

Q -  Are other sales training organisations in South Africa associated with SalesBytes?

A -  Yes! Many of South Africa’s independent trainers and international training companies are involved with SalesBytes in one way or another. We work with all reputable training organisations and have excellent relationships with training experts and industry specialists and a select number of international speakers and trainers too.

Q - How does SalesBytes assist previously disadvantage communities?

A - At this stage, we are still looking for partners and sponsors to help us launch an academy of sales training.  We have the programmes, the volunteers but need approval from the national qualifications authorities.  Please contact us if you are in a position to assist us in any way with material, sponsorship or ideas. STR has created a talent pool of young potential sales stars who, with training could grow into external sales positions.

Q - Is SalesBytes a SETA Accredited training organisation?

A - As we do not offer our own programmes, opting rather to work exclusively with key training partners who offer SETA-accredited programmes. We prefer our partners to register their own programmes as the ownership of the material is copyright protected.
