| A - UPSA-SA, the local chapter of UPSA was founded in 2005 by Suzanne Burgess, the owner of SalesBytes. SalesBytes endorses the UPSA’s universal sales framework. |
| Q - Are other sales training organisations in South Africa associated with SalesBytes? |
| A - Yes! Many of South Africa’s independent trainers and international training companies are iassociated with SalesBytes. We network with many reputable training organisations. |
| Q - How does SalesBytes assist previously disadvantage communities? |
| A - At this stage, we are still looking for partners and sponsors to help us launch an academy of sales training. We have the programmes and access to young talent but need approval from the national qualifications authorities. |

| A - As we do not offer our own programmes, opting rather to work exclusively with key training partners who offer SETA-accredited programmes. |
